Principal | Stuart commenced his career in banking and finance with the Commonwealth Bank in 1973. Progressing through the ranks to Senior Commercial Lending Manager when he resigned in 1992 to relocate to the Gold Coast.
He took a position as Branch Manager with Metway Bank when he left in January 1994 to pursue a career in Mortgage Broking.
In July 1995 he commenced business as Stuart Barker and Associates and has progressively built the business to one which enjoys an excellent reputation for integrity and professionalism. | |

Consultant | Rebecca commenced her Real Estate career in South Australia in 1977 and has gained a wealth of experience in Property Management.
Moving to the Gold Coast in 1992 she ran the Property Management Division for two smaller agents before accepting a position as Senior Property Manager with Ray White Surfers Paradise in 1994.
In 1997 she was voted 'Property Manager of the Year' in the Ray White Network for Queensland and has been a finalist in the prestigious REIQ Awards.
Rebecca obtained her full licence in 1998 and established her own business styled "Exclusive Property Management Services".

Her vast experience working with both individuals, commercial and senior government bodies has provided Natashia with the ability to accurately identify and assess the client's requirements and provide solutions that exceed the client's expectations.
