Principal
Stuart commenced his career in banking and finance with the Commonwealth Bank in 1973. Progressing through the ranks to Senior Commercial Lending Manager when he resigned in 1992 to relocate to the Gold Coast.
He took a position as Branch Manager with Metway Bank when he left in January 1994 to pursue a career in Mortgage Broking.
In July 1995 he commenced business as Stuart Barker and Associates and has progressively built the business to one which enjoys an excellent reputation for integrity and professionalism.
